Mama Cupcake
I can’t believe it. I am about to be a first time mom. I am 37 weeks pregnant with my little baby cupcake! This pregnancy has been a blur. While growing this person, I’ve grown as a person (and not just my belly either).♥ My hubby and I got married in September 2016 and now we are due with a baby girl June 12, 2017! WEDDING NIGHT BABY! Sunshine Filled Lemon Poppyseed Cupcakes!
My mom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease about 8 years ago now and was one of the biggest reasons I moved back to Wisconsin from my dreamy life in Southern California. ♥ This last January – very suddenly – we almost lost her. A DNA test revealed she was a very healthy baby, no genetic problems. And it also revealed her gender! It’s a girl. Since I love all things glitter and I still have plans for the revamping of my cupcake brand, I am super excited that my first baby…

Fantasy Vanilla Almond Rainbow Cupcakes ♥
A true story & recipe by: Amanda Cupcake One Starry Starry Night while everyone else was dreaming, I swirled fantasies on top of cupcakes. Little fantasies that tasted like vanilla almond rainbows. At the first warm & colorful bite of my rainbow cupcake creation, I “remembered” that I had “forgotten” a wild food fantasy from the days before anyone ever called me Amanda Cupcake. ♥ Back in my angsty teen days, I was a painter. Art was my favorite class, painting was my outlet. Even back then though, my instincts yearned for something beyond paint. I wished that I had the tools to create *edible* art that had never been seen before.…
